Terrible trouble with this site, can't get verified even though all documentation sent several times, tried to ring their phone number, which put me through to cabin crew, then realised after nobody answered I was ringing the Czech Republic so had to cut off as the cost of mobile bill. Says 24 hour help available, wow they cut you off or don't reply. Spent money on this site so will keep asking for a manager to respond. Live in hope.
