500 euros of that amount have already been paid out.

So, I still have 4,180 euros remaining that I would like to withdraw.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my withdrawals of 500 euros each, dated November 5 and November 8, to be processed, but nothing has happened.

The live chat informed me that I have been fully verified and that my withdrawal is being processed. However, after a 2-week wait, my patience has run out.

nun warte ich seit 2 wochen das meine auszahlungen von jeweils 500 euro vom 5.11. und 8.11. bearbeitet werden aber es passiert nichts.

live chat teilte mir mit das ich vollständig verifiziert wurde und das meine auszahlung bearbeitet wird aber nach 2 wochen wartezeit ist nun meine geduld am ende.
