・キャッシュクリア
・SIMカードを別のスマホに差し換え
を行ってても、改善しない。
エコペイズ、等のSMSコードは、受け取れています。
・同系列なのかは、不明ですが、MAGAPARIさんのSMSコードも受け取れません。MAGAPARIさんへも同様の状況で、併せてヘルプだします。
その後、仕方ないので折り返し電話でSMSコードを聞いて、処理を行ってみましたが、数日後結局却下される。
それで、サポートさんに、直接ビーナスポイントのIDを伝え、支払いをお願いしてみましたが、
システム担当に聞いて。。と回答を得られません。
正確な紛争額は、3605JPYです
もうサポートさんとは、40~50回受けていますが、第三者の介入が必要とおもいます
