Buenas tardes, escribo este problema por aqui ya que he tenido un golpe de suerte en el casino y he ganado una cantidad muy grande en el casino, y se me escapa de las manos tanta cantidad, tuve el problema de que al intentar retirar me lo rechazaban por la documentacion, ahora que tengo toda la documentacion en regla, hace 3 dias que solicité retiradas de 4000€ que es lo maximo a la vez y todavia no han aido aceptadas, pido ayuda por que he visto que mucha gente tiene problemas con este casino sobre los retiros y la verdad que es una cantidad demasiado grande como para dejarlo pasar ya que me arreglaria la vida ese dinero, no he utilizado ningun tipo de bono ni nada, y ha sido ganado de forma legal, se que lo normal es esperar 2 semanas como maximo a que me lo verifiquen pero quiero dar constancia de este problema y ver si me pueden ayudar ya para no tener mas problemas, muchas gracias!

I understand that you have to wait 2 weeks to be able to make a claim, but in this case, since it is such an amount, if I have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks for each withdrawal of €4,000, which is the maximum that it allows me to withdraw at once, then it would take longer. Entiendo que haya que esperar 2 semanas para poder hacer una reclamación, pero en este caso al ser tal cantidad, si tengo que esperar 2 semanas minimo para cada retirada de 4000€ que es lo maximo que me deja retirar de una vez, entonces tardaria mas de un año en poder retirar toda la cantidad, creo que esto es una estrategia para que vuelva a jugar y me gaste el dinero, pero no voy a jugar nada hasta que logre retirar gran parte, espero que me puedan validar las retiradas cuanto antes para no tardar un año en hacer las retiradas
