Crypto Loko Casino - 賞金の出金が遅延しています。

I won on 1/30 and requested a withdrawal of $305.75 to my BTC wallet. This casino advertised fast payouts but previous withdrawals took days. I can see my withdrawal request just sitting there in queue today 2/3. This being the longest I've waited. I receive the following conflicting answers each time when I contact customer service. See attached and below. My withdrawal hasn't even been approved 5 days later?

All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 1 business day from the date of the request. Payments will, in most cases be made instantly following approval, in some cases a withdrawal may take up to 72 hours to process. A maximum withdrawal of $2500 will be approved per 24- hour period. Ineligible requests will be denied within that time frame, with a maximum of 3 withdrawals per a 7 day rolling period."

Have you received your withdrawal from the casino yet?

Yes, I finally received it on 2/6. I understand how withdrawals can take days even weeks as I've played on other casinos for years. However, this is not what this site advertises. This is my 3rd withdrawal from them and each one has taken longer in than that last. I was told in past emails from customer service that most withdrawals take minutes and it was rare for them to take days. Well none of mine were received in minutes. Tie was not a KYC issue, I was verified long ago. They should quit deceiving people by there fake advertising as they are the slowest crypto casino I've ever used.
