I ordered a withdrawal of funds, 48 hours passed, according to their regulations there should be a withdrawal, but the money never arrived in the account. Sadly, this is a very usual situation, especially at the beginning of the year. Vacations, illnesses,.. etc. resulted in the delays. It's, however, positive that the casino keeps you notified.

I bet you won't be fond of the 14 full working days we allow casinos to complete the verification and process the payment when a complaint gets submitted.

my withdrawal request has been pending since September 19! support responds with templates, vip manager also says that they are working on it. verification was successfully completed 3 weeks ago! is it worth hoping for anything or is this casino a scam?

This is roughly the message... October 19 will be a month since I've been hearing this... only requests that I need to wait... I'm in despair!
