From what you describe, it seems the casino started a new verification process because your ID card was recently changed, and that’s usually when they’re required to confirm both your identity and address again.

Many of them don’t accept Revolut or iCard statements, because these are fully digital banks and sometimes the address on the file isn’t considered "official" enough. They also often reject documents that don’t show a postal code or don’t have a visible signature or stamp, and that could explain why the document from the Ministry wasn’t approved either. Just my guess.
Would you happen to know what kind of document the casino would accept? Sometimes they can tell you exactly what format or source they need. For example, a utility bill, a printed and stamped bank statement, or a document issued by a government office. That would help avoid another 48-hour waiting round.
