Ok I completed the rollover and I had 84.00 free, then I played some more slots and won, I reached the amount of 164.00, I tried to withdraw and saw that I had to make a deposit to withdraw, so I went there and made a deposit of R$ 35.00 the deposit fell super fast (NO BUREAUCRACY), then I had a balance of 194.00 I tried to withdraw again there I saw that the minimum withdrawal via pix is R$ 250.00, so I played more at the casino and managed to win R4 300.00 and a little in a game, I was super happy, then I went to withdraw R$ 400.00, I put the data correctly and requested the withdrawal.

In short, the withdrawal does not leave the status of incomplete, I contacted the woman spoke about the verification of documents (KYC) I sent the documents all right, and still nothing, the survey is still there with the same status.

In my opinion it is a COUP, they should take down this site and the incredible thing is that there are people making recommendations for people to register on the site and lose their money, there had to be a way to denounce these scammers.

Resumindo o saque não saia do status de imcopleto, entrei em contato a mulher falou da verificação dos documentos ( KYC ) enviei os documentos tudo certinho, e ainda nada,o levantamento ainda ta la com mesmo status.

Na minha opinião é GOLPE, deveriam derrubar esse site eo incrível é que tem gente fazendo recomendações ainda para as pessoas se cadastrarem no site e perderem seus dinheiros, tinha que ter um jeito de denunciar esses golpistas.

Once your account is verified, I believe it is only a matter of time before your money would arrive. We usually recommend to wait 7-14 days for the payout to appear on the player's account no matter what time frame has the casino given. Please let us know within a week if the money arrived or not.
