I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction regarding my pending withdrawal request. I've been waiting since the 5th of November, 2023, for a withdrawal of 1660 that I submitted at midnight, meaning I've been waiting for nearly 5 days. From their responses, it seems it might take even longer. Whenever I talk through the chat, they only apologize for the delay or request urgency on the withdrawal, but claim they can't do anything because it isn't their department. They say that I'll receive positive feedback soon, but that was two days ago. Moreover, they've even mentioned that they have many pending withdrawals and limited staff availability, as if that's an issue I should be concerned with. The standard answer is always that they are reviewing the withdrawal. On a related note, it's interesting that I tried to make 2 withdrawals that were rejected because I hadn't met the rollover requirement - a condition by pribet that I was unaware of - yet those were reviewed within two days. I find this a massive lack of commitment and competence. I am still waiting on my funds.

Venho por este meio apresentar o meu descontentamento por estar desde o dia 5 de novembro de 2023 a espera de um levantamento de 1660 feito pela meia noite, ou seja quase a 5 dias e pelos vistos está para demorar. Falo no chat só me pedem desculpa pelo atraso, ou solicitam a urgência no levantamento mas dizem que não podem fazer nada porque não e o departamento deles, dizem que em breve recebo um feedback positivo mas isso já dois dias, aliás até me disseram que tinha muitos levantamentos pendentes e pouca disponibilidade do pessoal, como se os clientes tivessem culpa disso. As respostas é sempre está estamos a analisar o levantamento. Enquanto é engraçado tentei fazer 2 levantamentos que foram rejeitados porque não tinha as condições da pribet que tens de fazer o rollover do teu depósito (que eu desconhecia) foram analisados em dois dias. Grande falta de comprometimento e competência. Aguardo pelos fundos
