Provider is actually ok, support too BUT the payouts are just too slow. Others need 10min to a maximum of 1 day, if you write to host@ comes (in English, although commenting here in German) as an answer it takes 1-7 days and today is now (Mon-Fri counted) day 9 and nothing comes, status still pending. Will open a case at CasinoGuru tomorrow, it's a real shame because that's how you scare customers away, there's no reasonable reason why you need so long.

Anbieter ist eigentlich ok, Support auch ABER die Auszahlungen sind einfach vielzulangsam. Andere brauchen 10min bis maximal 1 Tag, wenn man an host@ schreibt kommt (auf Englisch, obwohl hier in Deutsch kommentierend) als Antwort es dauert 1-7 Tage und heute ist nun (Mo-Fr gerechnet) Tag 9 und nichts kommt, Status nachwievor pendent. Werde morgen einen Case bei CasinoGuru eröffnen, echt schade weil so vergrault man Kunden, es gibt keine sinnvolle Begründung warum man solange brauch.
