I've played this online casino site for many years, and was very happy with this site, paid out all the time. Unfortunately three weeks ago my opinion of this site drastically changed. After management requesting my verified ID (again), which I readily supplied, no one from this site is responding to my emails. I've tried their chat line however I'm constantly being told my documents are under review, (3weeks and still waiting). This site has my winnings and is not responding to my emails.
