It's been two weeks since I submitted my ID and still no word.
When I inquired, there was no explanation or reason for the delay, just an email with a template list of the necessary documents.
I have never had a good experience with casinos that are unable to communicate with me and can only provide templated responses, so I have decided to stop KYC verification and deposits.
