The player from Connecticut signed up and played at Rollbit without undergoing an ID check, despite being underage. He lost a significant amount of money that was intended for medical expenses, causing distress within his family. The casino did not respond to his attempts at communication. We explained that the casino typically verified identity only upon withdrawal requests and that the player had breached terms by registering underage. The case was closed as it involved legal issues beyond our competence and required intervention by licensing and local authorities.
Hi, I was playing on Rollbit, and has signed up 3 years ago when I started watching ayezee on YouTube and twitch playing and winning lots of money and he kept saying to sign bc it was a great place but I am 18 now and live in Connecticut … but I was able to sign up no problem and they even help me deposit and everything without asking for a id or anything. My parents are really mad at me bc I lost money that was for mummy doctors and Medici al stuff because I have a form of autism. I really shouldn’t have played and didn’t know I would lose that much money. I thought it would be easy like ayezee made it seem and kept taking about how to sign up and that they don’t Che k your age or anything. I really need some help pls because the casino won’t answer me or my dad and they are very upset to me. I don’t know what to do and really hope I can fix this somehow. Pls pls help me 😪
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Rollbit Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What exactly is the purpose of the complaint as there doesn't seem to be any problem as you simply registered deposited and lost money there?
According to the terms, you were allowed to player there and if your country has specific law for that, the player is responsible for their actions.
Hi Nick, thank you for your quick reply. . . Do you mean verified as in that I had an account? or verified by the casino? The casino never put any restrictions on my account and had talked to them many times about how to deposit and put was told how to fill out the referral code from ayezee when i signed up for special bonuses. . which actually there werent any bonuses for using his name either. and im not just trying to be a person who lost a lot of money and wants their money back because they lost and are trying to blame someone else. . .
but after my father found my laptop open to the rollbit.com site and he went through it and was very mad at me and asked me how i did this and was able to play online even though i didnt have any license or nothing. and it was easy . because i was never asked but had talked to support many times about how to deposit different ways. . i admit i didnt want my dad to find out so they would help me use different crypto and stuff and ayezee told us how to make wallets and stuff too. . . i just filled out one form and that was all and then i played and it was exciting and i got very very stuck playing all the time i could and i started using money that was not supposed to be used. i actually deposited over $17000 over the time but im not looking for that back. . my father and i discussed it and it is part my fault, and he understands that they have a business and isn't asking for all the money back, not even half. . .
im just trying to get back a small portion of it and then i have to work doing whatever i can to make the money back doing yardwork and stuff to pay back part of it bc i cant get a job really with my condition right now so hes making me work with him around the house and stuff and then get a job when i can in a couple years. and you have to be 21 in the united states/CT. . . but its easy for a big casino to JUST WRITE TERMS to keep liability from themselves. .
but then what responsibilities are theirs? just to collect as much money as possible from anybody whether a 14 year old or it be a terrorist from what i read, international law states:
" Minors, OR minors with intellectual disabilities, (and adults with intellectual disabilities) lack legal capacity to give consent to sex, medical treatment or procedures, or enter into contractual agreements."
and from what i am told, sites actually keep out underage people & ask for the last 4 of their social security or a copy of a license to prove who they are and how old they are because of identity theft too. i found theses attachments for your convenience.
I really appreciate you. . . i know i was wrong, but when a slot streamer and a casino are advertising and playing on YouTube WITHOUT age restrictions on the videos there's a lot of underage people that see it and i just wanted to win money like ayezee bc he would win a lot of money and say so many times every video how to play and how much fun he was having and the money he was winning was so crazy and i wanted to win too. . but it wasn't easy at all. . . and wasn't fun after you start losing. And if you look at their KYC TOS and AML policies, they say they use a 5 STAGE KYC, IDENTITY AND AGE VERIFICATION, address, AND country of citizenship using and identification documents" to prevent underage gambling, illegal countries, and money laundering of any type, but you can see the screenshots they never did even one. thank you nick.
The streamer must not be related to the casino at all as they are not working for them. Anything any streamer claims is not relevant at all unless the casino states it by their own.
Also as long as you did not request a withdrawal from the casino, they had no reason to verify your identity.
As your case is more legal related, I would recommend to contact the casino's licensing authorities and your local authorities as it is not in our competence to deal with law related issues.
Hi Nick, thanks for taking the time on this. So the streamer Ayezee DEFINITELY 100% was working FOR Rollbit which is essentially made him the voice of Rollbit so this should help you understand and answer your statement of "unless the casino states it by their own". So this clearly is him speaking on behalf of Rollbit. Plus he was being paid $4 million a month to play on Rollbit, Nick… paid to promote their site under his referral code for almost 3 years and just recently left Rollbit and is now being paid by and is partnered with gamdom.com to play and promote their site. https://youtu.be/15l-wXXrvOs?si=nagvLe-6EjoMc4pX
this is the YouTube video where he announces that he is leaving being contracted by Rollbit and working with Gamdom because he received a better offer to play and promote them. You can see and hear all of this at the Beginning of the video.
also, as far as withdrawals go, I did request withdrawals … which is why I’m only trying to recoup $6000 of the $17,000 that I had deposited. And if they had done a KYC after my first withdrawal request I wouldn’t be in this Situation that I’m in right now 😩
And I cannot find any contact information for their licensing, and also it would be extremely hard to very anything when they operate out of curaçao .. z which is the reason I’m trying to find a company such as you guys to help me with this situation. Plus, trying to bring something like this legally to court or anything I know you know would be virtually impossible, not to mention completely not feasible and since they have so much money, it’s impossible for someone who doesn’t have money to actually take legal action… I came to you guys asking for help because I don’t have another option and I have a greatly appreciate it if you could understand whatever you can do to help me out of this situation I do really appreciate
It would be great if all the casinos would do a verification before allowing any player to deposit there but unfortunately this is not the situation on the market and they do it only once you request a withdrawal (some casino even allow you to withdraw smaller amount of money without verification) After all, you are the one who breached the casino terms by registering underage as every player should read the terms before joining a casino. By registering, you accept to their terms and condition and from there on, only those authorities would be able to help you out as we can't enforce them to proceed in such case due the breach of the casino rules.
Even if it would be a fact that the streamer worked for Rollbit, it does not change the situation as then it would be the streaming channel responsibility to not advertise gambling for underaged person.
I'm really sorry that we are unable to help you out with this case but our hands are basically tied.
We will be now forced to close the complaint for the above mentioned reason.
