According to the terms and conditions, withdrawals are processed after 3 business days, which is a bit of a joke, but I was happy to accept it. This is the second time I haven't even received my withdrawal after 5 business days. I've read a lot about this casino and just want my withdrawal. The live chat is never available (I wait over 100 times, then it crashes), and no one responds by email. I find it outrageous that if you deposit, the operator will have the money directly in your account, and I'd like it processed within at least 3 business days.

Auszahlungen werden laut AGB nach 3 Werktagen abgeschlossen sein, was schon eine Frechheit ist, aber gut habe ich mich drauf eingelassen. Ich bekomme jetzt das zweite Mal meine Auszahlung nicht mal nach 5 Werktagen. Ich habe hier schon vieles über das Casino hier gelesen und möchte einfach nur meine Auszahlung. Der livechat ist nie zu erreichen (warteposition über 100 danach stürtzt er ab) und per email antwortet niemand. Finde es unverschämt wenn man einzahlt hat der Betreiber das Geld auch direkt auf dem Konto und ich möchte es zumindest nach 3 Werktagen bearbeitet haben
