Fiz uma jogada de blackjack no provedor creedroomz no casino twin-casino. quando o round ia iniciar, o sistema deu um erro e iniciou de novo o momento para apostar. Ou seja, o jogo não prosseguiu e iniciou novas apostas. Acontece que os 100€ nao regressaram à minha carteira.
Uma vez que a creedroomz tem um apoio muito mediocre no próprio jogo, iniciei logo conversa com o meu casino onde mostrei prints que mostravam que no historico do provedor nao existiu jogo efetuado... mas no historico do meu casino os 100€ tinham sido retirados como jogo perdido..
Foi-me aberto um processo com o numero de ticket 947. Já passaram 12 dias e ainda nao me devolveram nada nem o provedor dá resposta. do meu casino só me dizem que estão à espera e ninguém resolve o assunto.
note, que após esse erro... aconteceram mais 2x e dessas duas vezes eu entrei em contacto mesmo com o provedor através do chat deles e em 2minutos devolveram o dinheiro sem grandes problemas.
conclusao, só por ter falado com o meu casino, quando aconteceu o primeiro erro, é que estou à espera à 12dias. se tenho falado logo no chat do provedor, o assunto tinha sido resolvido em 2minutos.
