I come through this email to talk about my frustration with this casino. A tremendous lack of respect for their players, tremendous false advertising. I don't understand Vulkan's score so high here on this guru site, after all there are so many complaints the same way, it's always about the payment on the site that doesn't happen.

Well, I got an email. In this email it said that I had won 50 free girus, I entered and confirmed my email, everything was great... I already knew that the site was reliable. Anyway... I played... I was so happy that I reached the deposit amount, but before that, you have to make a deposit to withdraw the amount. I made a deposit of R$40, got some more bonuses and went to try my luck again... wow, I was in luck, I went from 40 reais to R$938. I was playing and out of nowhere a few reais disappeared from my account, I went to R$864, but I wasn't sad about it. After all I was still profit. As a poor man's joy lasts a short time. I was left with 500 something in my account, I decided to transfer R$500. The money disappeared from the website account and until today it has not fallen into my account.

I made the withdrawal on 06/21, today is 06/29. The attendants do absolutely nothing. They said that it had already been transferred to my account, which is part of them they were already all right, but nothing arrived on my account, a transfer does not take that long, they give 5 working days, but more than 5 days have passed .

Eu não entendo a pontuação do Vulkan tão alta aqui nesse site guru,afinal têm tantas reclamações do mesmo jeito,sempre é sobre o pagamento no site que não acontece.

Bem,eu recebi um email. Neste email dizia que eu tinha ganho 50 girus grátis,entrei e confirmei meu email ,tudo ótimo... Já sabia que o site era confiável. Enfim... joguei... fiquei tão feliz que eu alcancei o valor para depósito,mais antes ,vc têm que fazer um depósito p/sacar o valor . Fiz um depósito de R$40,ganhei mais alguns bônus e fui tentar a sorte novamente... nossa ,eu estava com sorte, eu fui de 40 reais pra R$938. Eu estava jogando e do nada sumiu alguns reais da minha conta,eu fui para R$864,mais eu não fiquei triste com isso. Afinal eu ainda estava lucro. Como alegria de pobre dura pouco. Fiquei com 500 e pouco na minha conta,eu resolvi transferir R$500. O dinheiro sumiu da conta site e até hoje não caiu na minha conta.

Eu fiz o saque dia 21/06,hoje já é 29/06. Os atendentes não resolvem absolutamente nada. Eles falaram que já tinha sido transferido pra minha conta,que dá parte deles eles já estava tudo certo,mais na minha conta ñ chegou nada,uma transferência não demora tanto assim,eles dão 5 dias úteis,mais já se passaram mais de 5 dias.

Eu só quero meu dinheiro que eu ganhei.
