Wild.io Casino - プレイヤーは未公開の RTP 変更に不満を抱いています。

A few days ago, Wild.io introduced a change to their site, removing the rtp badge over each game. This change came hand in hand with changes to their slots, namely Gemhalla. They changed the rtp of the slot without notifying their patrons. I have lost 2209.44 on this slot the past 2 days. If the change to rtp was told to me I would not have played the slot.

The problem is that the odds are being changed from one day to the next without even notifying staff. I talked with support staff on wild.io site, and they said the theoretical rtp was 97%.

My main problem is that they advertised a game with a theoretical rtp of 97%. The game provider also advertises a theoretical rtp of 97%, but then this last week, all of the games from that provider have had their rtp reduced significantly. Their theoretical rtp is now 94%. This coincided with them removing the rtp badge on each of the games.

If not a bug in the code(which should void all pays and plays), this is a shady and scummy business practice at best.

I am attaching an image of an email sent to me by support staff today. The information in their email contradicts the information posted inside the slot. I'll also attach another screenshot of the changed info section inside the slot.

Please keep in mind that many casinos are showing real-time RTP (or results from a period of time - last week for example), meaning that it indicates the return rate of the players for that period. I can only advise to chose a different casino if you are dissatisfied with this one but unfortunately, we can do nothing in this current matter.

It isn't a real-time rtp! It is a theoretical rtp calculated from the odds of the game. It isn't a calculation of the actual real time playthrough. It is a theoretical mathematical calculation based off the odds of the game. That's why it says theoretical.

The theoretical rtp of a slot will never change unless the actual code of the game is modified.

Unfortunately even if would not be real time RTP, it changes nothing. Every game states their RTP and it is up to the player to decide whether they play it or not. We can only recommend the same as the casino does - to try out different providers or different games.
