I have been playing on Ice Casino for over 2 years. Has it been plain sailing regarding withdrawals and deposits the answer is NO. When making a withdrawal the balance remains in your main account until it's processed which means it's still available to use which is not good if you are a degen gambler like myself. I have had some slow withdrawals also but usually they are resolved quickly after speaking with support. Regarding deposit issues, if for some reason your deposit was never credited to your balance you may be kept waiting a very long time. I have one outstanding issue and it's been 7 months waiting on the finance department. The Support Chat is very good but any correspondance via Email to support either slow or unacknowledged . The Bonus money comes with many stringsattached 1) You must wager 40x before it's withdrawable 2) The MAX amount that is withdrawable is only 3x the bonus amount.

I read the reviews for this casino and felt I should try it out, now I had a lot of luck on this site however when it came to withdrawing your winnings this became problematic.

Verification was very slow , it took over 2 weeks to get verified and this was when I had a 5 k balance which feels very suspicious to me

Once verified my withdrawals would fail as rejected by the payment provider

I had to use another withdrawal method but the withdrawls where not being processed by the casino within 24 hours and being a degen gambler I ran out of patience and cancelled the withdrawal and proceeded to lose my winnings

The deposit was made via a visa debit card but could not withdraw to the same method, this is unacceptable

Support have zero knowledge of withdrawal queries and will say they will engage with their finance team and they will get back to you via email, I never received one email from the finance team

Imagine a casino giving you 10 free spins on a slot and let's say you win 7 bucks and then play another slot and spin it up to 100 bucks and finally up to 1300 bucks. Discover there is a 2200 wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn even though there was zero dollars in your account when you first started however you manage to play through the wagering until you are then able to withdraw and make a with. I have now read the T&C for this specific bonus and you can only withdraw up to 100 euros. Now I am a degenerate gambler for 40 years of my life but I know when I am being played. These T%C's that casinos make you accept before you can play on their sites are in my opinion a method to stop you from winning. My advice play on casinos that have been around for a long time and have reputable names , read the T&C's carefully, read the casino reviews before deciding on which casino you want to wager your hard earned money. I will not play on this site again or it's related sites boo casino or bcasino which are owned by the same company.
