チャットとメールの両方で何度か連絡を取りました。メールでは返事が来ることはなく、チャットでは毎回違う人が返答します。返事はいつでもどんな説明でも構いません。書類も何度も提出しなければなりませんでしたが、いつも何の説明もなく拒否されます。しかも、正しい書類です。返事はいつも、問題は財務部門で処理中であり、メールで連絡するとのことですが、まったく進展しません。
I have been in contact several times both via chat and email. There is never an answer by e-mail and a different person every time in the chat. The answers can be any explanation at any time. I've had to submit documents as well as many times and they are always rejected without any explanation. And they are the right kind. The answer is always that the matter is being processed by the finance department and that they will contact you by email, but things do not progress at all.
