I have nothing bad to say about this casino. The verification process was fast and they have withdrawal through bank and the money is on my account the same day i withdraw, i am very happy about it.

I will follow the first review as well. The casino in itself is very doubtful. The bonuses are added after you make your deposit and there are several ones who are active at the same time. In plus, the free spins from the first welcome deposit are not added automatically, you have to contact chat always to have them and sometimes it is not even available. Not to mention that free spins are always on a different game with low value bet, which is not what is mentionned in their terms and conditions.

I also just noticed after making couple deposits that this casino is Rabidi which is hidden when we are on the site, you have to click to reveal it and it surprised me, because i am self excluded from this casino brand and normally when i create account, it is automatically blocked but here i was able to play, so i think they have no licence like they pretend.

Not to mention that i am allowed to play Playngo provider slots being in Switzerland which is not normal, normally i am blocked immediately and the slot won't show up, i will receive a message error.

If only i knew about casino guru that time. But couple years ago, i won 100 euros on the no deposit bonus and 50 euros after making a deposit to be able to withdraw my money. They canceled my withdrawals and added a bonus of 25 euros instead, telling me first that the 25 welcome free spins are just to test games, then that i used 2 several bonuses in a row which was totally false. How can i use a bonus after making a deposit when you are not allowed to use a bonus having a pending withdrawal. To conclude, not only they stole my 150 euros winnings but even my 15 euros deposit which i had to make to be able to withdraw that time. This casino is a scam and should be blacklisted.

Do not believe all these people writing good things because the casino is using fake slots. How i know? It is simple, it is impossible for me to play playngo slots from Switzerland, it is blocked from the provider himself. Not to mention that they are using an old version of the slot book of dead, which could only be a copy since the new slot has a sort of relic which breaks and reveals the book.

Shameful to use such practises to steal people's money.

In general it is a good casino to play at. Although my verification process was chaotic i have to admit. My withdrawals were rejected several times because support kept telling me always something different. Probably due because of lack of communication between them.

They have a lot of games and first deposit bonus is good, the wager is low and easy to wager. At least to me it was and i had fun playing for hours.

Once verification was done, withdrawal through bank was approved within couple hours and money was in my account the next day.

Be careful, to withdraw with bank, you have to pick the second mifinity, the picture is false and does not show bank transfer.

I have been also playing for couple years on this casino and its sisters and i can confirm that i maybe did 2 withdrawals in total. The slots are always dead and pay nothing. 2 stars now after my experience on the casinos recently.

I was happy with this casino because they offered generous amounts of bonuses and free bonuses. They had almost every game I like, the only bad point is that some games cannot be played with an active bonus.

The withdrawal problem is why I am not giving more stars, it takes from 5 to 12 days most of the time but I always received my money.

I change the review to 1 star since they blocked my account from deposits by placing self exclusion I never asked just because I was winning a lot. I contacted them for like a month to fix it but I had no answer and I knew they did this so I close the account.

I wrote yesterday to close my account and miraculously it was closed in not even couple hours, so I was right they blocked my account so I don't win until I ask closure.

I can only agree with the only review written here. We deposit and it is very hard to win anything. The slots are really like dead, like nobody is actually playing them, it seems that they never give money back to players. Like i wrote on their other sister site, i have been playing for like 2 years and i withdrew 2 times, when i joined the casino and 1,5 years later.
