I deposited €50 5 times and only got up to €80 once. It didn't matter which game provider I was using. When I asked if I could get a goodwill bonus, I was told that they don't give out non-deposit bonuses and I can't access the cashback either, as it is only updated every 24 hours. When I asked if the verification was complete, I was told that it was an automatic process that they couldn't influence, even though I had uploaded everything.
