Four attempts at withdrawal, first 2 went ok. 3rd one took so much back and forth I promised myself I wouldn’t deposit again. I did and they rejected my withdrawal (Crypto USDT), they wanted KYC details.
I don’t use a Crypto casino for them to have my details. I couldn’t be bothered to argue with them any more and just asked them to close the account, the support wouldn’t even do that. Eventually I blew the $100 they refused to withdrawal and found in the preferences to close account, which seems to have worked. Why they couldn’t do that on the support chat I don’t know. Stay away there are plenty other reputable crypto casinos.
Just saw the casinos response, not even bothered to read the issue as per usual.

What I live about this casino is the lighting fast deposits and withdrawals. Never had any issue with them.
Only slight complaint would be that the menus need to be looked at. You can search by provider I.e Hacksaw but can’t find the game in the list of slots, then if you search for the game it’s available. I use a mobile device though so may be different on a desktop/laptop.

This is a casino that spams you with offers from Diamond 7 and their sister sites. I had the same username, same email so wasn’t trying to hide anything. All was going well until I started to win with their deposit bonuses. Most of the time they were only small wins and I actually cashed out before I even got to the bonus balance, then without warning my account was banned and I could not get a straight answer from them. Their agents were quite rude until one of them told me the ban was for bonus abuse?! Hang on you send me the offers I take them and then you ban me. They eventually sent me an email apologising for the "incorrect action" on the account, then promptly send me another saying they are removing me from any further promos. You know what treat your customers with contempt and they leave- which is exactly what I did and every other white hat gaming casino.
