- Realize otro retiro nuevamente, paso como un mes y seguia sin procesarse lo cancele para seguir jugando y retire solo la mitad, la otra mitad fue para seguir jugando

- El retiro de $200 dolares que tenia pendiente fue cancelado, nuevamente para pasar otra verificacion, esta vez era una entrevista por Zoom, la cual elegi la fecha y el horario.
Llegado el dia se dio la videollamada por Zoom y a los dias mi cuenta nuevamente estaba habilitada para realizar retiros

- Mi saldo habia aumentado a $605, y decidi retiralo todo, ya que ya no tenia permitido seguir jugando, esto habra sido aproximadamente a finales de agosto.

- A inicios de Ocubtre me llego un correo diciendo que mi retiro habia sido aprobado y que en unos dias me llegara el pago. Y Finalmente hoy 13/10/2025, mi retiro de $605 fue depositado en mi cuenta de Criptomonedas.

Como ven es un proceso algo lento y tedioso, pero si cumplieron con pagar el dinero.

"In some cases we may ask you to earn a certain amount of Points equal to or greater than the sum of all your deposits multiplied by X. That is to make a turnover of the sum of your deposits X times, where X is determined by the administration."

In plain language, this means that they can convert real money into bonus money at any time, stating flimsy justifications. If you win too much, you then have to wager your ENTIRE deposits as many times as you like before you can make a withdrawal.

They can ask for it as often as they want. So just wager €40,000 for a €500 payout? or equal to 100,000 €? Again: They can demand this on your real money winnings, even if you played completely without a bonus.

Completely untrustworthy and a casino with such rules should never have such a good rating here.
The fact that they also take a 4% fee for each payment is the crowning glory.

Das bedeutet im Klartext: Die können jederzeit, unter Angabe fadenscheiniger Begründungen, echtes Geld in Bonusgeld umwandeln. Wenn man zu viel gewinnt, muss man dann seine GESAMTEN Einzahlungen beliebig oft umsetzen, bevor man eine Auszahlung tätigen kann.

Die können das auch noch so oft verlangen wie sie wollen. Also mal eben für eine 500 € Auszahlung 40.000 € umsetzen? oder gleich 100.000 €? Nochmal: Die können das auf eure Echtgeldgewinne verlangen, auch wenn ihr komplett ohne Bonus gespielt habt.

Völlig unseriös und ein Casino mit solchen Regeln sollte niemals eine so gute Bewertung hier haben.
Dass die auch noch 4 % Gebühr für jede Auszahlung nehmen, setzt dem ganzen noch die Krone auf.
