Hello everyone, so you arrive on the site…
Hello everyone, so I arrive on the Posido site via the fun Id app, I see that there was a promo, you deposit 20 and they give you another 20 with 35X wagering requirements. I decide to try and I win guys, I win 1500 euros!!! I immediately make the withdrawal request, three withdrawals of 500 euros each, they say it takes 3 to 5 days, and oh well we wait. After 5 days I start asking for information and they tell me that there is a small delay on the part of the financial department, that they apologize, that they understand my inconvenience and bla bla bla. When I ask to know the times, no one and I repeat no one gives me times and can tell me at what point my withdrawal is. I also send an email to support, as recommended by the operators themselves, after 20 days I still haven't received any response and after 20 days after having spoken to practically the entire call center and believe me I'm not exaggerating, I have the credits for my requested withdrawals. The only plus point is that if you are lucky enough to exceed the bonus requirements the money is real and you can withdraw it. What are the minus points?
- Incompetent and in some cases even rude customer service, everyone tells you the same things as if they were bots, they put all the blame on the financial department and don't tell you clearly what's happening, if you ask a question they don't answer but go around it. Customer service therefore useless!!!!!
- Delays in payments and not just because they said there was a problem with me, you just have to take a look at the various review sites and you will see how many people are still waiting for months for their money.
- Now that I finally have my money, Posido has thought it best to block all my promotions, so I can't access the redemption of my shells and not only can I not take advantage of any promotions on Posido but also on other casinos in their chain. Maybe they're afraid that I'll win again??? Meh

Finally, stay away from this site, it is useless to play and have to waste entire hours and even almost your stomach to follow incompetent people who do not solve your problems and in fact even make fun of you.

Ciao a tutti ,allora arrivo sul sito Posido tramite l app fun Id, vedo che c era una promo ,depositavi 20 e ti davano altri 20 con requisiti di scommessa 35X. Decido di provare e vinco ragazzi,vinco 1500 euro!!! Faccio subito la richiesta di prelievo ,tre prelievi da 500 euro ognuno,dicono che ci vogliono dai 3 ai 5 giorni,e va beh aspettiamo. Passati i 5 giorni inizio a chiedere info e mi dicono che c è un piccolo ritardo da parte del reparto finanziario,che si scusano,che capiscono il mio disagio e bla bla bla. Alla mia domanda di sapere i tempi nessuno e dico nessuno mi dà tempistiche e riesce a dirmi a che punto è il mio prelievo. Mando mail al supporto anche,come consigliato dagli operatori stessi,a distanza di 20 giorni ancora non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta e a distanza di 20 GG dopo che ho parlato praticamente con tutto il call center e credetemi non sto esagerando,ho gli accrediti dei miei prelievi richiesti. Punto a favore solo il fatto che se hai la fortuna di superare i requisiti del bonus i soldi sono reali e puoi prelevarli,punti a sfavore??
- Assistenza clienti incompetente e in alcuni casi anche ineducata ,tutti ti dicono le stesse cose come se fossero dei bot ,rimandano ogni colpa al reparto finanziario e non ti dicono chiaramente cosa succede ,se tu fai una domanda loro non rispondono ma ci girano intorno. Assistenza clienti quindi inutile!!!!!
- Ritardi nei pagamenti e non solo perché dicevano che c era un problema con me,vi basterà farvi un giro sui vari siti di recensioni e vedrete quante persone stanno ancora aspettando da mesi i loro soldi.
- Ora che ho finalmente i miei soldi ,Posido ha pensato bene di bloccarmi tutte le promozioni ,per cui non riesco ad accedere al riscatto delle mie conchiglie e non solo su Posido non posso usufruire di nessuna promo ma anche su altri casino della loro catena. Forse hanno paura che vinco nuovamente ??? Mah

Per finire , state lontani da questo sito , è inutile giocare e doverci perdere intere ore e anche quasi lo stomaco per stare dietro a persone incompetenti che non ti risolvono i problemi e anzi ti prendono anche in giro.

Very easy to register and very easy interface.
Easy deposits. RTP in casino is below the average.
In betting section, they have big maxbets but the limit is coming fast.
In case of 2-3 clicks over 100€, they block your account and they review it. To me, took around 2 months for the "review of my account" and when they finally sent me email that my account is ok, I tried to log in and I am still blocked. My balance is locked and probably lost. Fortunately they payed me out the previous winnings and withdrawals .
Is you contact them through email, good luck. It takes ages to respond.

Unfortunately, the neutral rating is no longer valid because, as mentioned in the other reviews, no payouts are actually made, but cancelled without any explanation, let alone an email to be informed. You are kept waiting, will now wait again and then everything will be handled via complaint, so on the whole, it is better to stay away from this casino.

I have been playing there for about a month, have already deposited a lot and have now made a few withdrawals. It is pointed out that the verification takes 3 working days, which I find very slow for a reputable casino and I am excited to see whether a withdrawal or verification will finally be completed tomorrow and whether I will receive my money. Unfortunately the site hangs forever, which is very annoying. Otherwise I am neutral for now and am waiting patiently for my withdrawal. I can't say anything positive or negative except that the site takes an incredibly long time and you get the feeling that the withdrawal is a stalling so that you can cancel the withdrawal and carry on playing. That's my feeling. Let's wait and see how it goes and maybe I can set my rating to very positive after all. When I read the reviews here and complaints I don't believe in anything good.

Leider hat sich das mit Neutraler Bewertung erledigt, weil wie bei den anderen Bewertungen schon erwähnt wird ,werden keine auszahlungen tatsächlich getätigt , sondern storniert ohne eine Begründung geschweige eine E-Mail um informiert zu werden,man wird hingehalten, werde jetzt noch mal warten und dann läuft alles über Beschwerde ,also im Grossen und ganzen besser finger weg von diesem Casino

Ich spiele dort seit ca.1 Monat habe auch schon viel eingezahlt und jetzt mal ein wenig auf Auszahlung gemacht, Es wird darauf hingewiesen dass es 3 Arbeitstage dauert die überprüfung, finde ich für ein Seriöses Kasino schon sehr schleppend und bin gespannt ob morgen eine Auszahlung beziehungsweise Prüfung Auch endlich vollzogen wurde und ich mein Geld erhalte, leider hängt die Seite ohne Ende was sehr nervig ist ansonsten bin ich erstmal neutral und warte geduldig auf meine Auszahlung , ich kann weder Positives noch negatives sagen außer dass die Seite unendlich lange braucht und man das Gefühl bekommt dass das mit der Auszahlung eine Hinhaltung ist damit man die Auszahlung abrischt Und weiterspielt, ist mein Gefühl, Mal abwarten wie es weitergeht und ich meine bewertung eventuell doch auf sehr positiv einrichten kann.
